Surprise visits took place around Pattonville School District on April 1 and 5 as finalists were announced for the 2020-2021 Teacher and Support Staff of the Year awards. Winners of the inaugural Rookie of the Year Award were also revealed.
The three finalists for Pattonville Teacher of the Year are:

Marjorie Justice, early childhood special education teacher at the Early Childhood Center

Kelly Strobel, sixth grade science teacher at Pattonville Heights Middle School

Eleanor Taylor, English Learner teacher at Pattonville High School
This year's finalists for Pattonville Support Staff of the Year are:

Lisa Foust, academic monitor at Pattonville High School

Brandy Fowler, paraprofessional at Parkwood Elementary School

Abby Reckamp, paraprofessional at Remington Traditional School
The following staff members were selected as recipients of the district’s inaugural Rookie of the Year Award:

These finalists and honorees, along with other building-level Teachers of the Year and Support Staff of the Year winners, will be recognized at District Appreciation Night on May 3. During this Facebook Live event, the district honorees for Teacher of the Year and Support Staff of the Year will be announced.
