Congratulations to the girls volleyball program on another program sweep over Affton last night! All three teams: freshman, JV and varsity won! There are 2 home games left: next Tuesday, which is Green out against Ritenour and next Thursday, which is Senior Night and Black out against Parkway North. We hope to see you there! Go Pirates!

On Monday, Operation Homecoming Safe will take place during 3rd hour. Operation Homecoming Safe is an event designed to encourage students to make safe choices during homecoming season and all other times. During this event students will witness what takes place in the aftermath of a car crash involving an impaired driver and will learn of the long-lasting impact an 'in the moment decision" may have.

Inktober is almost here! All PHS students and staff are invited to participate in the Inktober Art Show in Gallery G by completing one or more ink drawings with Inktober prompts and turning them in for display. Instructions, prompt lists and paper are provided outside of Gallery G and at the end of the 1st floor G wing, next to the 3D display case. See Ms. Kathriner in G108 for more information.

The Pattonville Board of Education on Sept. 26 voted to approve the district tax rate for the 2023-2024 school year. School boards in St. Louis County set tax rates each year for four classes of property within school district boundaries: residential, commercial, personal and agricultural. The rates for all four property classes, as approved by the board, are: residential: $3.8590; agricultural: $5.4006; commercial: $4.6767; and personal property: $5.4006.
